Fresh Water Scarcity

By: Gabriela Clariond

Background InformationWater is the

foundation of life.

The two main points of water scarcity are quality and quantity.

A growing population increases the demand for fresh water.

For a developing country there is lack of fresh water.

Importance of Water Education when people are

losing time to try and search for fresh water.

Health because lack of clean fresh water makes people suffer from diseases.

Hunger is when people are not always getting enough food due to the loss of crops.

Poverty if there is enough fresh water then there would be more sanitation and the cycle of poverty would break.
