Fogo De Chao is a fine dining establishment.

Fogo De Chao is Portuguese for “Fire on the ground”.

This describes the restaurants cooking technique which entails cooking the meat over an open fire pit.

THE MENU CONSISTS OF

6 DIFFERENT TYPES OF BEEF,

LAMB, CHICKEN, PORK, AND A FEW SEAFOOD OPTIONS.

The meal is all you can eat after paying a flat rate for each person. It is then served as an upscale buffet with waiters making rounds bringing various meats.

A color coded circular card informs the waiters when to make their rounds.

Green when you are hungry…

Red when you are full!

A full salad bar is also included in the flat rate.
