Introduction PageThe SUMMER WE HAD ALL WAITED FOR. We are one of the busiest families you
will meet. The family consist of my dad, Mom, 2 brother and i. Both of my parents work and all three of the children are involved in extracurricular. So our family rarely has time to sit down and enjoy each other. This is where our family vacation came in. Everyone agreed that we wanted to go to a theme park. But my younger brother was able to decide which one we would attend. He chose Islands of Adventures. He made a great decision, here’s the story of our family
vacation.

All the power was in my little brothers hands but he saw this advertisement and he made his final
decision.

My brother was In charge of choosing the theme park, I was in charge of choosing the hotel. This is how I made my decision.

The day before the trip everyone decided they wanted to find a driver. So everyone could enjoy the trip, because no one enjoys driving on their vacation.

The vacation was going great we had just arrived at the hotel, everyone was hungry so my mom decided to make a special dinner in honor of the theme park
we would be attending.

What you will Need:
Butter beer Recipe Ingredients: 1 quart butter brickle or vanilla ice cream 1/4 cup butterscotch syrup 32 oz of your favorite cream soda
Directions:
1. Place 4 (16-ounce) glasses in freezer and chill for at least 20 minutes
2. Mix ice cream and cream soda in a blender until combined3. Divide between the frosted glasses4. Top each glass with whipped cream, if desired5. Serve with spoons and straws
What You’ll Need• 2 to 3 pound Boston butt pork shoulder roast• 2 tablespoons liquid smoke• 1 tablespoon Hawaiian pink salt or sea salt• 1 medium bag yellow corn tortilla chips• 6 ounces (weight) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon Hawaiian pink salt or sea salt 1 medium bag yellow corn tortilla chips 6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup sour cream 2 to 3 tablespoons Cholula or Sriracha hot sauce 1 avocado, diced 1 tomato, diced
How To Make It
1. With a fork, pierce the pork roast repeatedly on all sides. Rub the entire roast with the liquid smoke and then the salt. Place in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours until the roast is so tender that it falls apart. Remove the roast from the slow cooker and the cooking juices and shred with a fork.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Top the chips with kalua pork and then evenly sprinkle the cheese on the pork. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
3. While the nachos are baking, mix to combine the sour cream and hot sauce (the amount of hot sauce will vary with your tastes).
4. Remove the nachos from the oven and top with hot sauce, sour cream, avocados, and tomatoes. Serve warm.

songs, making jokes and enjoying each other was amazing. The dinner was amazing and making the picture book was priceless. It was great we need to make family
