Image is a “mental conception”

of a person or organization. In other words, image is the beliefs

that we have about

someone or something.

It may be the impressions

we form when

we see or meet someone new, we see or meet someone new,

or it may be an individual’s

or company’s reputation that had developed

over time.

The fashion

industry is

always changing

at a rapid pace,

therefore it is

imperative that

visual

merchandisers

are creative and are creative and

open to trying

new and

different ideas

Visual merchandising

is one of the final

stages in trying to set

out a store in a way

that customers will

find attractive and find attractive and

appealing and it

should follow and

reflect the principles

that underpin the

store’s image.

Essentially, visual

merchandising is the selling of

a store's goods through visual

means, incorporating means, incorporating

advertising, and window

displays, and interior sales

floor design and display.
