leave and move on with his
life. So he embraces the real
though flawed version of life
and chooses to get back to
his children

the other that his father
wants his son to not try
to emulate him but to
become his own man and
build his own life.

• Pi suffers his existential
circumstance his
shipwreck, then , after and
only after this circumstance
his wills his own essence,
after he chooses to live and
not to die.
• If person have to choose anyone thing no answers until the man chooses one for himself. No moral theory could help him inside because no one else’s advice could lead him to decision that was truly authentic.
• In Interstellar Cooper chooses humanity’s fate and the stars over his family
• In Inception Dom Cobb chooses to leave and move on with his life.
• In Life of Pi, Pi chooses to live and not to die.
