The Thursday new morning playgroup starting in January is looking for retired folks to volunteer a day or two. All you need to do is come hang out with the moms/dads/caregivers and children. Please sign up for a day on the sign up sheet outside the chapel if you’re interested! Estimate of Giving Cards- If you have not yet made a 2019 pledge, Estimate of Giving cards are located in the narthex of the Chapel and Sanctuary, Colonnade and on the table outside of the Chapel. Please place completed cards in the offering plate/basket or turn them into Wes Bush in the church office. Thank you.

From the Property Ministry - Thanks to Mark Hackley for donating his time and resources for cleaning the church signs and adding the required ‘1904’ to the lower parking lot sign. Thanks also to Phyllis Gorsuch for taking the time to clean the carpet in the chapel.

It is the time of year when we take the time to show our appreciation for our staff and provide the oppor-tunity for members of the congregation to contribute towards a Christmas bonus. If you are interested in participating, please give your contribution to a member of the personnel ministry or drop it by the church office by today (Sunday, December 23, 2018). Worship Ministry would like to thank Shirley Gillespie for the 10+ years of service as the Hospitality Leader for the Red Door service. Due to health concerns, she is stepping down from this role. Michele Taylor has answered the call to serve as Hospitality leader and will begin scheduling greeters and food volunteers for the 9:00 service. If school is cancelled or delayed in Waynesboro, playgroup will be cancelled for that day.

PLEASE NOTE: Parent/Caregiver must be present with child during playgroup time.

Home school Families - Older siblings may come and do

schoolwork at table in the social hall. There is no cost for the playgroup.

Thermal Shelter - Many nights Katrina Crawford had our guests at the Thermal Shelter involved in art
