4.2 QESH Policy
LGPP is responsible in providing quality and reliable electricity that integrates the efficient utilization of resources. In its quest for customer satisfaction and future
sustainability, strategies for continual improvement shall be established, with emphasis on the protection of the environment, safeguarding the health of our
workforce, and enhancing socio-economic welfare of communities.
We shall operate within the framework of constantly improving practices, fulfilling objectives and targets to consistently deliver services at optimum price within the established quality, environment, safety and health (QESH) management system.
LGPP management shall regularly review the quality its QESH objectives and the Quality Management System QESHMS for continuous suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. A training program shall be developed and implemented for employees' awareness of
the quality management system and their role in attaining the organization's objective. This is to ensure that each individual will perform in accordance with
customer satisfaction. We shall likewise implement programs to ensure that relevant government rules, regulations, codes and other requirements are being complied
with.
This policy shall be available to stakeholders, as our business partners, and to the public.
