Some main Emotions: ANGER, SADNESS,FEAR, ENJOYMENT, LOVE,SURPRISE, DISGUST, SHAME, HATE.

Emotions are carried through ‘information substances’ comprised of NEUROPEPTIDES, HORMONES, other molecules present throughout the body including DNA

( Molecules of Emotions by Candace Pert)

When we tell lie, it creates a certain amount of conflict or incongruence in the mind, which negatively affects muscles .

Emotions of GRATITUDE, LOVE, APPRECIATION, keeps DNA unwound and maintain its length.

Emotions of ANGER, FEAR, FRUSTRATION, STRESS make it shorter and may switch off many of the DNA Codes.
