EcoLine is a product of pioneering research in membrane housingthat aims at maximising the performance of your water treatment system.EcoLine housings are manufactured using a unique ‘OctagonalGroove Forming Technique’ which enables side ports to be seated against a flatsealing surface thus providing the best fit for side ports.

The EcoLine Series is available in pressure ratings of 300 & 450 psi with side portoptions. These vessels are equipped to meet all your low pressure applications forReverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration & Microfiltration.

Advanced End Closure

The Most Advanced Single-piece Head, made of Engineering Thermoplastic: Helps reduce leakage points by eliminating permeate port sealing joints. Provides superior chemical resistance.

o Enables high operating temperature of upto 190 F. The Single-piece head reduces the number of spares, thus reducing maintenance cost. The flexible design of the permeate piping allows use of a 1” FNPT threaded or 1.5” grooved IPS connection in the same head.

Easy Service & Maintenance

The corrosion resistant Threaded Side Portsmade of Stainless Steel, are easy to mount andallows quick & easy onsite maintenance and replacements, thus reducing system downtime.

Quick Locking Mechanism

TMThe user-friendly, Quick Lock System eliminatesthe requirement of special tools for removal and letsyou access the membranes in seconds.

Improved Head Sealing

Head Seal, which is captured in the head / sealing plate gives better sealing and avoids head seal roll. It alsoeliminates head leak defect.

Integrally WoundLocking Groove

Integrally wound locking groove gives enhancedend-margin strength & sealing area formed by themandrel, thus providing better head sealing.

Minimized Leakage

The Octagonal Shape which is integrally formed without cuttingany glass fibers, provides a flatsealing surface for superior andreliable sealing of side ports.
