the needs of preschool students with varying degrees of developmental readiness.

● HighScope optimizes opportunities for students to learn and grow from one another’s strengths.

Brain Breaks

• There will be time built into each day for “Brain Breaks”• We encourage children to use this time to choose activities

that are interesting and enjoyable for them.• Your child may choose to use this time to play with a

sibling, go outside, or look at books.• Your child’s teacher will share selected resources with

you weekly, or you can find a list of resources here: • www.gonoodle.com● www.youtube.com/cosmickidsyoga● www.brainpopjr.com

Read Aloud Videos

• The preschool staff members have recorded many read aloud videos for your child to enjoy.

• Your child’s teacher will share a video with you each day to be watched during the “Read Aloud” time.

• Once your teacher shares the link to the video with you, you can return to watch that story as many times as you would like! Happy listening!

• As always, it is recommended that you create a routine of reading together before bed each evening.
