General objective
Analyse European cross border processes in different judicial areas in order to identify
interoperability requirements, necessary standards and reusable approaches for document- and data
exchange as well as for ePayment Services.

Analyze process description according to pilot candidates.
Define requirements for an interoperability layer (data exchange) based on:
• National existing systems
• Pilot candidates
Analyze existing standards and definitions.
Analyze existing and reusable building blocks from other LSP and funded projects.
Analyze and describe secure environment for document/data exchange and ePayment.
Analyze possible integration scenarios of the pilot candidates to the e-Justice Portal.
Provide a concept as basis for pilot implementation.
Pilot implementation and piloting Phase.
