• Wednesday 11th October

• 05.15 - Meet King Edward VI

• 05:30 - depart King Edward VI

• 10:15 - Tunnel check in

• 11:50 - Scheduled departure

• 13.25 - (local time) arrive Calais

• 17:30 - arrive accommodation

Please do not park in

the bus turning circle!

Service stops at regular

intervals!

• Thursday 12th October – Disneyland Park

• Friday 13th October – Walt Disney Studios

• 08:00 - Breakfast

• 09.30 - depart accommodation

• 10.00 - Disneyland

• Approx 21.00 - Return to accommodation

• Saturday 14th October

• 07:15 - Breakfast

• 08.15 - Check out accommodation

• 12:15 - Tunnel check in

• 14:00 - Scheduled departure

• 13:35 - (UK time) arrive Folkestone

• 18:00 - arrive King Edward VI!

Food

• Breakfast included every day.

• 2 x Meal voucher for Day 2 and 3.

• Packed lunch is required for the journey down to Folkestone.

• Money will be provided at services in the UK.

• Evening meal provided in hotel.

Clothing/Bags/Equipment

• Suitcase/holdall to carry enough for 4 days.

• Sensible clothes/shoes/trainers.

• Warm coat.

• Scarf/Gloves/Hat

• Layers!

• Rucksack.

• Necessary toiletries

• No inappropriate clothing!

It will be very cold and we will be out all day!!

Money and Valuables

• Money needed for:

• Bring valuables at your own risk!

• Student’s responsibility.

• Check School Insurance cover - if not enough please purchase additional cover.

• If in doubt leave behind!

Safety

• Disneyland Paris has a proven track record for safety.

• Park supervision:

• Groups with 1 x staff per 9/10 students.

• Manned meeting point with check in times.

• Students in minimum of groups of 3.

• Follow school and park staff instructions and ride guidelines.

• No Selfie Sticks.

• Bags searched on arrival at DP.

Medical Forms and Issues

• Going out tonight!

• Text reminder will be sent out.

• Please return by Fri 6th Oct.

• Students to manage own medication.

• If possible - bring spares for staff to look after.

• Labelled with name and instructions for use.

• If not - please liaise with staff on what to do in case of loss of medication.
