• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Applicants candirectly approach Certifying Authorities (CAs) withoriginal supporting documents, and self-attestedcopies will be sufficient in this case • DSCs can also be obtained, wherever offered byCA, using Aadhar eKYC based authentication, andsupporting documents are not required in this case • A letter/certificate issued by a Bank containingthe DSC applicant’s information as retained in theBank database can be accepted. Suchletter/certificate should be certified by the BankManager .
