Possible Solutions

• Problem: Remote not working or Diamond+ wrong– Solution: Plug Power to Reset Diamond+

• Problem: No power in, USB cable connections too loose • Solution: Replace USB cables

• Problem: Battery only last 3 hours• Solution: Use Sync mode to listen music. Flow mode consumes lots of

power, fully charged battery only last 3 hours

• Problem: Bluetooth not connect• Solution: Delete all paired Bluetooth IDs from your phone, Reset your

phone, and re-pair again

Possible Solutions

• Problem: No sound– Solution: Check your phone sound itself or Try Line-in

• Problem: Big noise• Solution: Not connect both Power and Line-in to the same PC

• Problem: Unstable sound– Solution: Try other less wireless noisy location or Try non-online music
