by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

What is the meaning of the “image” of God?

• Genesis 1:26-27

• the first chapter of the bible, God states His goal: He is making man in His own image! By using both "image" and "likeness," God explained that He would create man to be just like Him! (not physical but Moral and spiritual likeness).

by sin.• We can’t work it out by our own effort to bring back
