the effective exploitation of distance education, and multi-channels - in particular the use of electronic interaction technologies - requires a real revolution in education as a whole. All the components referred to above must be integrated in a harmonious system internally, and healed - in harmony, too - with the pattern of traditional education-based, which requires the need for experimentation and experience accumulated through sober assessment and continuous improvement.
