WHAT’S ON?

Impediments:-High costs-Resistance to changes-New type of activity -Educational and professional skepticism

Actions:-Regulation (rector’s order, syllabus, simulation components, etc.)

-Involving all related departments (within their class hours)-Familiarization and training programs for university staff

SIMULATION TRAINING

Benefits:-clinical experience with no risk for the patient;-objective assessment;-unlimited repetitions for skills development;-development of scenarios as needed for rare pathologies;

-freedom in training scheduling.
