4) Assign Delegates (include Template & Trash)

5) Manage Learning Standards- Manage State Standards (TEKS)- Copy Template into Courses- Move TEKS to “units”

6) Add Activities

• Assign only a few course tree managers• Remember that this tree affects Aware!• Publish - Publishes Entire Course Tree

Managing “Learning Standard” Tips

• Publish – Publish each course individually• “Cut to Trash” Trick to delete folders• Preview is your friend (draft vs published)

• Click and Drag only to move• Control/Command Click to select more than one• Copy & Paste, Copy & Paste, Copy & Paste

Adding Activities Tips

• Give Clear Title• Publish ONCE – Save, Publish, Submit FIRST• Only SAVE as make changes• Primary Learning Standard is Important• Keep # of attachments per activity to a minimum• Beware – copying and pasting from other types of

documents can lead to “creative styling”
