Cote D’Ivoire was a colonized country. It got colonized by France. The country got it’s independence from the French in 1960.

There are about 60 ethnic tribes in Cote D’Ivoire. Examples of the dominant tribes are the Akan, Baoule, and the Gur tribe.
Problem The major problem in Cote D’Ivoire right now is the government. There has been political instability and a raging civil war for the past couple of years. Explanation- The political instability and civil war was caused by warring tribes and politicians. The last election result was challenged by the ex-President leading to fighting and political instability.
Reason
The reason the government is not as successful is that it has been distracted by the political situation
This instability has affected various things and led to various conditions including- inadequate healthcare, increased violence and poverty and a struggling economy
Solutions and final solutions
Solutions involve requesting help from countries in the region (West Africa) and beyond (Africa and World) and also international agencies
Invite the United Nations to assist with funds to restore and improve the country
Request help from Ask other West African countries if they can help my government. They can help by providing funds to assist the economy, improve healthcare and security. ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States)
Invite the Organization of African Unity (OAU) to help discuss and make peace with warring politicians
Invite the WHO (World Health Organization) to help with improving healthcare.
Ask for aid from developed countries such as United States of America.
