Dogrose with fruits: the rose hips.

Children picking up rose hips. They wear special gloves because of the thorns.

Piece by piece the rose hips are cut open in order to separate flesh and seeds.

The tiny hairs inside the rose hip could generate a strong itchiness. In order to prevent this, children wear latex-gloves.

The dried flesh of the rose hip are smached and put into boiling water. After ten minutes of infusion the liquid is passed through a sieve. The infusion is transferred into cups.

The infusion with plenty of vitamines may be sweetened with honey or natural sugar.
