Penalties of equal duration (i.e. Minor/Bench Minor Penalties) are imposed against players on each team during the same stoppage of play

Immediate substitutions shall be made for players who are assessed penalties that are considered coincidental

Start by canceling major penalties, then cancel minors In Order of Priority

1) M – Cancel as any penalties as possible

2) O – Cancel in a way to make the team only ne player short

3) T – Cancel in a way to avoid aking another player off the ice

4) O – Cancel using the order of penalty ccurrence or the order that the penalties were reported by the referee
