Final management report • Consolidation of all the costs of the contractors .
• Same format as for the Periodic management report.
Final report on the distribution of the Community contribution
• Within 60 days of the receipt of the final payment by the EC a final report on the distribution of the Communitys contribution reporting on the final cumulative distribution of funds made to each contractor
• Same format as for the Periodic management report.

• The main report for disseminating the results
• Extraction from the guidelines (description):– Resembles an expanded version of the Publishable Executive Summary of the mid term Periodic Report
– Cumulates and summarises the project activities and results over the full duration
– Suitable for direct publication
– While not excluding technical language should be broadly comprehensible to a general reader
• Extraction from the guidelines (content):– Summary description of project objectives
– Contractors involved
– Work performed and end results
– Elaborating on the degree to which the objectives were reached
– Brief description of the methodologies and approaches employed and how they relate to the achievements to the state of the art.
– Explanation of the impact of the project on the industry or research sector

• Finalisation of WP 7 asap - awaiting contributions from NHH
• Finalisation of WP 8 asap - awaiting contributions from NHH
• WP 9 –by case studies contributions
• Delivery of final activity report (31st of July + 45 days, 28th of August)
• Contribution to the final progress report
• Verify to Paolo that the conclusions are ok
• JRC and IC to improve the user friendly interface. Suggestions for improvements.
• Contact Ragnar for publication in scientific journal/book volume – before August
• Synthesis paper for EAFE verified by the participants next week.
