Clarizen Team Board • Assign the relevant resource(s) to each task

Clarizen Team Board • To open the Team Board, right click on the relevant work item and select “Team Board” from

the menu

Clarizen Team Board • User Stories are shown to the left (indicated with red arrow), while task “post-its” are shown

in their appropriate state (indicated with blue arrow)• You can also see the Epic name displayed above the User Story

Clarizen Team Board • Each tasks Resource is displayed on the individual “post-its”, along with the resource image• All resources assigned to the User Story are displayed within the User Story itself

Clarizen Team Board • The importance of each task can be seen on the individual “post-its” as well as on the User

Story level

Clarizen Team Board • Hovering over the “Status Icon” on the User Story will display the “Team Board Status Data”

Clarizen Team Board • Clicking on a Task, will display any data entered into the “Team Board Status Data” field

• In this example, the entered data was Dev:2; QA:2 – which results in the below display• Note that the footer also contains a URL that links directly to the selected work item

Clarizen Team Board • To update a task’s state simply drag and drop it into the appropriate position

the overall effort and work on the User Story

shown below)
