• Built in 1840 , called Allegheny Square.

• Allegheny city was annexed Pittsburgh at 1907.

• The park is modernist at 1960s .

• In 2011 August 4, children’s museum donate 5 million to build the park.

• In 2012 June 25 , the New Buhl Community Park was opened.
