Every organization has its own foundation to be able to be an effective

and good for all the things it will function for. If not, it would be a weak

organization that could not stand alone in time of different difficult circumstances and will not perform well. It should have

a program, not only a program but a good program.

the support of teachers, administrators, students and

parents

4. It provides for a careful interpretation and wise dissemination of personal data to pupils, teachers, school official s, and parents.

6. It recognizes and utilizes the homeroom teacher as key person in the guidance step.

8. The availability of specialized preparation is recognized as essential to an effective guidance program.
