UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTOF THE CHILD

• A convention is an agreement between countries to obey the same law.That means that our government has to make sure that every child has there right expected.

ARTICLE 1

• Every child has the following rights without distinction of any kind such as race,sex,colour,language,political or other opinion, or economic position.

ARTICLE 2

Every chid has special protection,opperchunities and service that allow his physical,mental,moral, spiritual and social growth, in a healthy way and in condition of freedom and dignity

ARTICLE 3

• From his birth,every child has the right to name and a nationality

ARTICLE 4

Every child has right to adequate nutrition, housing,recreation and adequate medical services

ARTICLE 5

• The child that suffering from physical and mental immaturity,needs special safe guards and care

ARTICLE 6

• Every child,for the full and harmonious development of his or her personality , should grow up in a family environment,in an atmosphere of happiness, of love and understanding . Public authorities have the oblication to care for children without a family or for those without a family or those without adequate means of support.

ARTICLE 7

• Every children has right to receve free public education that allows him to develop his ebilities ,individual judgement and his sense of moral and social responsibility and to became an use full member of the society

ARTICLE 8

• Every child has right to be assisted and protected first ,in any circumstance

ARTICLE 9

• Every children has to be protected from all forms of neglect, cruelty and exploitation. He won’t be permitted to work before
