beingofchildrenwithphysicaldisabilities.

At19,theyarepartoftheAdultAssistanceprogram.

- Thereisamaximumfundedof$1500perchildper

fiscalyear.

Objective:

Toprovideassistanceformobilityneedsofadults

withphysicaldisabilitiesresidingintheCityof

Windsor.Thisincludescontinuedassistancetothose

childrenwhohavereachedtheageof19.

Visionforthefuture:

Toincreaseprojectsinthecommunityincluding

donationlevelsperindividual,communityprojects,

hospitalequipment,createaworkspaceforthose

withdisabilities.

CommunityGrantsCommitteeprovidesfundingto

differentorganizations,attheirrequestforthe

projectstheyaredoing.CommunityGrant

Committeehasacriteriatodolloutmoneybasedon

theeligibilityreport,receivedfromtheorganization

undertakingtheproject.Onaveragetheyfund

$5000foraproject.

Tohelpexpandtheir

communitymealprogram,

wherehundredsofpeoplewho

sufferfromhomelessnessand

otherissuescangetawarm

meal.

Themoneywillbeusedtohelprenovate

CommunityHouseinthehopesof

creatinganewbasementapartment.

committeeoftheRotaryclub,itworksdirectlyunder

theumbrellaoftheRotaryFoundation.
