• Reframing child abuse and neglect prevention efforts

• Integrating the KSF Plan into existing systems and programs

• Engaging “unlikely” partners

Challenges

• Time– To develop new partnerships– To guide and direct Plan progress– To integrate across projects– To stay ahead of what communities are doing

• Evaluation--Documenting change at the pace it is happening

--Systems-level vs. program level
