PARISH MISSION STATEMENT
St. Anthony’s Catholic Church is a parish family following the footsteps of Christ.
We are a community of faith committed to worship, education and service to others while making God’s love real to those in
need here in the lake area.
Let The Children Come Matthew 19:14 – Jesus said, “Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of heaven be-longs to such as these.” (NABRE) A statue has been placed in the infant section of our new cemetery. It is on the right hand side as you enter the cem-etery, and near the entrance to the walking trail through the woods. It was made to match the columbarium with grey figures of Jesus and two children on a black bench. The cemetery board has been working on this for some time now as the statue was made specifically for us. This Sunday, June 28th, we will bless the statue after 10am Mass (weather permitting). Other cemetery work has been recently completed: in-stalling a watering system that utilizes solar power and draws from well water on our property, seeding grass on the center circle where the columbarium sits along with some landscaping, and mulch being added to the walking trail through the woods. Thank you to all those who have contributed in any way to the development of St Anthony’s Cemetery.
