Go to: https://play.eslgaming.com/ and click on the “Log in/register”

For new user, Click on the “create account“ to create a ESL account.
For registered user, Fill in this section to proceed to the main page.

After you click “Create account”, an email will be sent to verify your account. Please check your email and verify your account.

Once your account has been verified, click “Continue to log in”.
Log into ESL Play with the account you created and click “Log in”.

You will be directed to your account page. Here you can edit your account, linkages & authorizations and security.
You could also put in your Profile picture for more stylish-looking account!

BE ADVISED THAT EVERY PLAYER THAT PARTICIPATES IN THE TOURNAMENT MUST HAVE THEIR ESL PLAY ACCOUNT PRIOR TO JOINING ANY TOURNAMENT ON THE SET DATE.
ENSURE THAT THE PLAYER IS REGISTERED ACCORDING TO THEIR ACTUAL COUNTRY/REGION. MISLOCATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION, BAN OR BOTH, DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF THE CASE.
ACCOUNT BORROWING/SMURFING AND THE USE OF FALSE INFORMATION/IMPERSONATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION, BAN OR BOTH, DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF THE CASE.

How to Register for the tournament
Where to find In-Game Name? Go to your profile in the game. It will be appear next to your profile picture.
STEP 2 How to Register Tournament
At the tournament page click on the “Register” button and fill in your game ID/In-Game Name.
Once completed, click on “Select team” so that you could be assigned to your desired team.

If the captain of your team already registered, select “Choose a team:”.
A list of teams will be shown, select the team that your captain has registered.
If you are the team captain, and have not yet created a team, click “Create team”.

For captain mode. You can select “Team status”.
A pop-up window will appear such as the picture on the right.
Here is the list of all available player that has joined your team.
You can also invite players that are currently not in the team. Copy the link provided and send it to them!

Upon receiving the invite link. The team member would need to click the “send” button.
DO NOT CHANGE TEAM NAME (ID) OR PASSWORD!How to open the link? Just open it on your browser and it will direct you to the ESL Tournament page.

STEP 4 How to Prepare for the Tournament
To sign up, please refer to the main page of the tournament for time/date of upcoming event.
The button “Sign up” will only appear yellow if there is an upcoming tournament.
Once the player has done all the steps, go back to the tournament page.
You are now able to see that all the information is almost done and ready for the tournament. Recheck to make sure this section is on “Ready”.
If not, request all your team members to be online (logged-in ESL).

Ensure to login to your ESL Play account
“My tournaments” is where you check your tournament. The section allows you to check the current, upcoming and past tournaments that you have entered.
“My matches” is to check your opponent and contact them via the match chat.

Support channel for player to contact administrator regarding all sorts of issues.

All information regarding the tournament will be updated live on this site. So stay tune and refresh this site during the tournament.

At the main menu, click on the “multiplayer” tab on the right of the screen.

On top right, click on the icon to create a “private” lobby.

Make sure the lobby/game setting are according to the tournament rules and format. Click “Invite” and click on “more”. A link will be generated and used to invite others.

How to Key in Scores
STEP 4 How to Key in Scores
Winner of the round would need to upload the scores first. Please ensure that you have a screenshot of your match results to be uploaded in the matchmedia section.

After uploading your screenshot of match results, please key in the results that you have won/lost.
1 - Means win
0 - Means lost
Once done, click “Confirm”.
Losing team would need to wait for the notification alert on your phone to confirm the match results.
Recheck bracket to ensure the score is entered correctly.

Open ESL Play app and click on “My matches”.

Once you click on it, you will see a text “Open protest”. Click and it will direct you to a different pop-up.
On second tab, click on this icon to proceed.
It will direct you to our ESL Play website. Ensure to login to the website first.

After that, file in your protest against your opponent. Make sure to address the issue with precise details of the problem.

Click on the “Flag Emote” at the bottom of the message. The emote is country/region-based flag emote so make sure to choose correctly.

A support channel will appear. You can start chatting with administrators and fellow players.
It is compulsory to join this channel because some information are updated in the channel.
Please ensure that the team name and member name are based on the name that you have registered.
