• Alexander Hamilton was the founder of the

national financial.

• John Jay was the first chief of the supreme

court.

• James Madison was the fourth president of

the United States of America.

• New England Massachusetts, Connecticut, New

Hampshire, Rhode Island famous for fishing whaling

and shipbuilding.

• The middle colonies New York, Pennsylvania, New

Jersey, Delaware famous for farms, logging and

shipbuilding.

• Southern colonies Maryland, Virginia, North and South

Carolina, Georgia famous for farming, rice and indigo.

• Three tools for uses were wooden wheels,

press and the hammer.

• Wooden wheels used to move many things.

• Press used for printing items like

newspaper.

• A hammer is used for building and breaking

things.

• During the times of war they used

fifes and drums to make music.

• Peter Pelham was a great musician.

• Crafts were a part of many people’s

lives in the colonial times.

• Weaving was used to make cloths

and blankets and people did it for

jobs sometimes.

• Basketmakers make beautiful baskets to

carry loads.

• Gardeners garden, plants trees and flowers

of all kinds.

• Brickmakers mold, dry and fry bricks.

• In the colonial times jobs were an important

piece of citizens lives.

Games were important in the colonial times

for kids and adults to have a great time.

•Weaving is one thing adults did for crafts.

•Children often played games to keep

themselves entertained when they were in

the colonial times.
