communicating with the customers, you will have a higher customer service and it is those things that people like in a business.

Branding People like to talk to someone real.

This is because a real person can understand the customer far better than a bot.

News Keeping in touch with your customers will make them more likely to follow

you and more interested in your product.

So by posting tweets and keeping the market informed you will increase sales and loyalty.

Promotions If you hand out deals on Twitter people are more likely to use them and

make you more revenue, plus people are more likely to buy your product if it's on sale.

Marketing Twitter is free to use and is henceforth not going to effect your overall

revenue

It is also a effective way of communication.

Twitter is Viral As Twitter is very viral, it will become part of your marketing strategies.

Viral means that it will spread easily, and in this case it is by using the re-tweet button.

Spying on competition As Twitter is free it is free to use the search tool and then place your prices

competitively, against the market.

Also if you see that a customer of a rival service is unhappy you can send them a message and give them a discount and voila you now have a new customer.

known, this then will make more people aware of your products/services, and will bring in more profit/revenue.
