Don’t let your team down

1 hour of “expertise” per CoM and IFM expert team (“credit card”)

The dates for the “challenges” are final. you must do your own planning

you must resolve scheduling conflicts yourselves.

Ms. Farwer and Mr. Phaff will back you up in case of scheduling conflict.

3 Feb. Kick- off

Out come:  selection of HRO teams and discussion of Business case subjects

midweek wk 1 blok 3: Send business case subject to coaches (Mrs. Farwer en Mr. Phaff)

midweek wk 2 blok 3: Discuss with coaches subject and finalize subject and table of content

wk 2 – wk 8 blok 3:

develop plan

communicate wise with the coaches – keep them  up to date, use them for strategic support

use your credit card for the expert wisely

wk 10 – blok 3: finalize plan and presentation – last feedback from coaches and expert

April 26: Presentation of Business Plan – National SelectionMay 22: Final presentationRemember: Find  the best way to get most out of your team, the coaches and expert. Your coaches are not always at school, but we can be  very flexible concerning way of communicating and  time – but we need to know and be able to plan.
