WHY PEOPLE WILL BE INTERESTED?The fact is that many pet owners do not have
enough time to care of their pets. We have stepped in to fill the void to provide security, comfort, and flexibility to our “Pet parent’s”.
In this economy, many people spend most of their time at work or traveling and leaving their home. That’s why their pets have to stay alone. Pets need to be walked, fed, and loved. We will take care of the pets in our service center.
Many people have very few knowledge about how to take care of their pets health. Concentrating on this fact we will lunch two programs for our pet parents.
BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT & MARKET ANALYSIS
INDUSTRY BACKGROUND:We will establish our office at Bashundhara,
Block A, Road No. 8, Dhaka.We have selected a flat with 2000 square feet;
where we have office rooms, store room, playground and pets houses.
Our office will be well furnished and decorated and we ensure our customers their beloved pet’s safety.
INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT(3M’s) MAN: Man, the first of the three M's & the most important one. The right person for the right position is a sure bet for organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
MONEY: Without money, no venture or enterprise can motivate workers; get quality and sufficient materials,and maintain them or even ensure that time is properly Managed.
MANAGEMENT: People will call us for their pet’s services.
We will service all type of pet care within proper management.
EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENTAs for the suppliers, our business does not
depend on only one supplier. In fact, we managed to have at
least three suppliers to support our business, so that we
won’t run out of supplies and our services won’t be
delayed or cancelled in case of shortage of resources.
Our pet owners are the main beneficiaries of our products and services so we always have to treat
them valuably because the success of our business
relies on our pet owners satisfaction.
MARKET ANALYSIS GEOGRAPHIC: Geographically segmentation is dividing the
market into different geographical units such as nation, region, states, counties, cities, or neighborhood.
Cities or division- Our main office at Bashundhara in Dhaka. After a few years, it will open its branch in the nearer districts and also divisional towns like Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna etc.
DEMOGRAPHIC:Demographic segmentation divides the market
into groups based on variables like age, gender, family size, family life cycle, income, occupation, education, religion, race, generation and nationality.
Gender- Our target customer includes both male and female pet owners.
Income- We are targeting to the people who is comfortable enough to our payment through their income. For instant, pet parents who earn above 25,000 BDT.
PSYCHOGRAPHIC:Psychographic segmentation divides buyers into
different groups based on social class, lifestyle, or personality characteristics.
Social class- People belong from middle class, upper middle class, higher class, upper higher class.
BEHAVIORALBehavioral segmentation divides buyers into groups
based on their knowledge, attitudes, user rate, user status, occasion, benefit or responses to a product.
Keeping all these ideas in our sense, we have made our marketing strategy.
SALES AND MARKETING PLANOUR TARGET MARKET:We will divide our total market by geographically. We are
targeting middle class, upper middle class, higher class, upper higher class.
With lots of innovative ideas and thoughts, we will provide best customer service with the reasonable cost.
