To provide tutorial assistance to Indian Students to enhance their skills and understanding of the core education elements

To provide incentive programs that challenge Indian Students to earn and maintain above average grade scores

To provide opportunities for Indian Students to participate in Native Leadership Conferences and other leadership activities

Enhancing the abilities of Tribal Nations in the exercise of their authority as sovereign nations

To improve the quality of life for individual Indians and Indian families living on or near Indian reservations

To protect children, the elderly and the disabled from abuse and neglect

To assist the needy in acquiring the most basic needs in life: food, clothing, shelter

To protect against the separation of and to assist with the reunification of Indian families
