Sultan Brunei is believed to be one of the richest men in the world.

The nation’s official language is Malay, but English is widely spoken by most of the population.

Islam is the official religion others are Muslims, Buddhists, Christians and other include indigenous beliefs.

They observe Islamic laws on the consumption of halal meat.

Culture are influenced by its neighboring countries such as, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, with the additional from India, China, Thailand and Japan.

Supplementary foods taken after surgery, during recovery from illness and after childbirth are mostly natural tonics

Culinary practice are similar to Malaysia, and Singapore local foods are influenced by Malaysian, Indian and Chinese style, and are usually rice based with spices.

dessert are not regularly served except bananas.
