It’s by the BODY LANGUAGE,the non verbal behavior scientifically!

What are affected by our non verbal behavior?

1.

Thoughts

2.

3. Feelings

What are Non verbal expressions of power and dominance?

When we feel powerful we stretch up and when we feel powerless we wrap up!

What’s interesting isanimals do the same!

That’s the pride..!!

Folding up when u feel powerless

you be this

Our non verbals govern how other people think and feel about us.The main question is?Do they govern what we feel and think about ourselves?

Yes they do..!!

I’m not powerpacked..!

Can I fake it?will that work?

It is possible that when you pretend to be like powerful, you actually feel powerful

Does our body change our mind? Yes! Our own chemistry could be changed by the body.

The two major hormones involved in the powerful and powerless guestures are,

1. Testosterone 2. Cortisol

Amy Cuddy has conducted experiment on power poses and found how hormonal changes took place after power poses are made.

When you feel powerful your testosteron spikes up!!

Amazing isn’t it?

Do the power pose for 2 minutes before anything you fear about and then see how powerful you would feel the next second.

Where should I use it ?

Whenever you have a social threat situation or your going to be evaluated or judged.

Do it! Do it! And just do it..!!

Don’t fake it till you make itFake it till you become it.
