The Sharyland ISD Board of Trustees met on Monday, March 25, 2019 for their regularly called

meeting.

The Board took action on the following items:

• Approved February 2019 Month End Bills;

• Approved February 2019 Tax Collection Report;

• Approved February 2019 Monthly Investment Report;

• Approved Budget Amendments

• General Fund Group;

• Approved Previous Board Minutes:

• Special Board Minutes – February 20, 2019;

• Regular Board Minutes – February 25, 2019;

• Approved a Resolution in Support of House Bill 3 Relating to $9 Billion in New Funding for

Texas Public Schools;

• Approved 2019-2020 Instructional Materials Allotment and TEKS Certification Form;

• Approved Proclamation 2019 Instructional Materials;

• Approved to Fund the Migrant University Experience (MUSE) Program at UTRGV for Eight

Migrant High School Students;

• Approved Financial Advisor Contract for 2019-2021;

• Approved to Award RFP 1819-36 E-Rate Eligible Services for Sharyland ISD;

• Approved to Purchase 124 Replacement Surveillance Cameras Using Coop Approved

Vendors: 3Sixty Integrated for the amount of $62,891.87;

• Approved to CSP 1819-37 Sharyland High School Roofing Project Phase II Re-Bid to TADCO

for the amount of $807,900.00.
