Biologists Establish New Method for Studying RNA's Regulatory

‘Footprint’

Method Dubbed: ¨ PIP-seq¨

(sequencing for protein interaction profile )

They thought that protein-bound

segments of RNA would be protected

from degradation

comparing their results to a control sample, they concluded it wouldn't serve to protect the DNA strands from digestion.

Biologists Establish New Method for Studying RNA's Regulatory

‘Footprint’

OBSERVATION

The interesting and innovative issue of this research lies in the fact that they achieve a complete footprint of RNA, previous studies had only taken a footprint of a unique tissue, additionally, the idea of a database results efficient, because it allows to trace entire RNA cycle, orderly. On the other hand, have a full footprint of RNA-RBP interaction, brings a great benefit in different patterns as the amount of RNA sequences that appear without be expected, thus uncovering more mutations and cell affectations

OBSERVATION

It is witty create different ways to understand human genome, I think that the fact of choosing single-celled fungus for this research provides a broad genetic base for elucidate RNA expression, by the same token, genetic variations and protein regulation.

Medical tility

knowing the right function of human genome, provides a wide range of possibilities on science and medicine, due to the fact that, It is the base for understand and predict some diseases and patient conditions, furthermore, doctors will be able to look forward to different alternatives in treatments and prescriptions.

Medical tility

Medical tility

predictive, preventive, and personalized medicine.

Genetics has become the driving force in medical research and is now poised for integration into medical practice. The medical profession now must rise to both the opportunities and challenges that this wealth of information presents.

Medical tility

We live in a dancing matrix of viruses; they dart, rather like bees, from organism to organism, from plant to insect to mammal to me and back again, and into the sea, tugging along pieces of this genome, strings of genes from that, transplanting grafts of DNA, passing around heredity as though at a great party.
