How The Program Works:Sign up and receive an assessment with your trainer to determine your health status.At the beginning of each week you will receive a 1 hour training session.You will receive a Workout-To-Go to exercise on your own the remainder of the week.Meet with your trainer at the end of each week to discuss your progress.At the end of the 6th week, receive a follow-up fitness assessment to determine the winner.Winner will be determined by the most body fat percentage lost.Winner will be determined by the most body fat percentage lost.
