Bidder Registration Instructions

How to Register with Tarrant County College

1. Log in with the link on our Web site, www.tccd.edu

a. From the TCCD home page select ‘Community’

b. On the ‘Community’ screen select ‘Bids with TCC’.

c. You have three choices, one is this document (instructions)-1, the next is the link to existing ‘Open Bid Opportunities’-2 and the third is a link to the registration portal to register as a non-active supplier-3.

• The ‘Open Bid Opportunities’ link allows for you to see bids that are currently open. Registering will allow you to download the documents for any bid that you are interested in.

• Registering on the Supplier Portal(‘Register to Bid’) will set you up as a possible vendor and you can receive requests to bid based on the commodity codes that you have supplied.

e. Click on the link to be taken to the portal shown below. Be aware that the items marked with an asterisk are required fields.

f. Click on the ‘Continue with Registration’ button.

g. Fill in the company and contact information.

h. Fill in the login and security information.

i. Full Registration a. Log in to your new account and select ‘Manage Registration Profile’.

j. Fill in the additional fields. The fields marked with an asterisk are required. After you complete each screen move to the next screen by clicking on the ‘Next’ button. The screenshots below are samples.

k. Select the appropriate Commodity Codes and Diversity Selection

l. For the Diversity Classification select that which most closely matches your profile.

m. For Commodity Codes pick the code(s) that most closely match your goods or services.

o. Click on the ‘Add Contact’ button.

p. Fill in the required fields and click on the ‘Save Changes’ button.

q. Click on the ‘Next’ button

r. Click on the ‘Submit’ to submit and certify.
