Mission
The Iberoamerican University Network for the Incubation of Companies (Emprendia Network) was set up with a view to create an Iberoamerican business network based upon the R&D results from universities and to contribute to making Iberoamerican universities the driving force of this process.
All the initiatives led by the Emprendia Network fall within the framework of responsible entrepreneurship, which is committed to the sustainability and the social, environmental and economic progress of the communities.

Objectives: The development, transfer and implementation of a
common methodology to promote technology transfer and entrepreneurship within the framework of the IHE across Latin America
The establishment of a transregional network of financing opportunities throughout Latin America.
Direct beneficiaries: Consortium IHE Other universities with technology transfer possibilities Indirect beneficiaries: IHE researchers of the Consortium Students from Latin American IHE

2. Common Methodology: Assessment of current state of the Technology-based
entrepreneurship Draw up a Guideline. Test-field its implementation during a 24 month
period Draw up a study about the impact on the technology-
based entrepreneurship situation after the implementation of the methodology.
Launch of a competition for entrepreneurs
-Incubation-Project Acceleration-Finance-Innovation management-Innovation indicators
3. Create a Business cluster and a Technological platform across regions for the ALFEMPRENDE companies.
4. Training opportunities: On-line Master in technology-based entrepreneurship Technical personnel exchange between Latin American and
European IHEs Virtual platform to enhance the information exchange Create a funding procedure based on INBERSO Network
methodology.
5. Project follow-up: Financial aspects : coordination and evaluation
