Our services includes standard or custom products, depending on your preference.

The standard product consists in standard font letters stainless steel, which can also be backlit, with the estimate in 24 hours.

Standard dimensions: thickness of the stainless steel graphic 3 mm; thickness of' the acrylic 19 mm

The custom product is based on the study and design of your logo, letter or drawing, with the estimate in 72 hours.

• The sign is made in stainless steel 18 \ 10, mirror polish on all sides, polished edges, withrounded corners, a process carried out entirely by hand by highly qualified personnel. The character of steel is subjected to a treatment with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), which ensures the quality, resistance to corrosion and allows to color the steel, according to the ISO9227 standards.

Technical characteristics of the backlited letters

•The support of enlightened sign is made inpolymethylmethacrylate (PMMA); the latest, for its features ensures complete masking of the LED and associated electronic; ensures also an homogeneous illumination over the entire surface;

•The letters are normally powered by low voltage - 12 or 24 continuous volts; Workingat low voltages ,the life of LED modules, with ignition of approximately 10 hours per day, can reach 100.000h i.e. 27 years of use.

Fixing and assembly

All electronics are assembled in acrylic and sealed, this ensuring 'full proofing' of the illuminated letter;

The latest generation of LED assembly is done on a printed circuit made with double-circuit LED 13 mm pitch - single colour - or 19 mm pitch LED - RGB, which provides a 'superior reliability;

The mounting on the hull is guaranteed by stainless steel studs, 10 cm long, electrically welded to the letter and placed on the inside of the fairing.
