DPDP--0011The sensor is designed to measure axle load on the vehicles with spring suspension by measuring the distance from axle to the frame.

Specification Specification DPDP--0101

Installed on vehicles with leaf-spring suspensionProtection against dust and water conforms to IP55 Sensor is resistant to short circuit on any of the electrical contactsProtected against reverse wiringOutput signal – voltage 1.54 to 3.46 VOutput of DP-01 is stable and does not depend on the vehicle's voltageServiceability preserved when the power supply voltage varies from 18 to 30 VElectrical parameters of the sensor at nominal voltage correspond to the passport with an accuracy of less than 5%

CalibrationCalibration

1. Calibration is performed by weighing the truck or axle

2. Calibration is performed by weighing cargo

Calibration by unloadingCalibration by unloading

Calibration can be done by partially unloading the truck, each time measuring the weight on weighting bridge and output voltage from sensor.Unloading shall be done in 5 to 10 parts and more, to get as many calibration points as possible.

Calibration tableCalibration table

By means of sensors you can monitor the load on axle

1. Calibration table with the weight of the truck axle

By means of sensors you can monitor the weight of cargo

2. Calibration table with the cargo weight on a truck

Calibration by unloadingCalibration by unloading

Calibration can be done by partially unloading the truck, each time measuring truck weight on the weighting bridge and relating output voltage from sensor.Unloading shall be done in 5 to 10 parts or more, to get as many calibration points as possible.
