FLEYE is part of the new generation in Danish design. The eyewear is designed in Denmark by FLEYE’s powerful designer trio Annette Estø, Matilda Sundén Ringnér and Kristian Lindhardt Nørhave. They are carrying on the proud tradition of Scandinavian purity, simplicity and harmony in their frame designs. At the same time, innovative details, unique colour compositions, and not least enthusiasm form the basis of their designs.
Design team
The FLEYE clip-on is a signature of the brand. It is designed for each frame to match the shape and colour 100% creating a cohesive look. The clip-on essentially transforms the glasses into stylish sunglasses in an instant.
Made of flexible, feather-light beta-titanium and with polarized lenses.

„ When looking at old photographs, when driving through the Danish countryside in springtime, when being mesmerized by the patterns of a material. The inspiration for our designs can come from literally anywhere.“
ANNETTE ESTØ, CHIEF DESIGNER AT FLEYE
FLEYE’s design names are related to its Scandinavian roots, since all FLEYE eyewear have names inspired by Nordic mythology.
The name FLEYE itself is an abbreviation of Fine Looking Eye.
Inspiration
Every design is born at FLEYE’s residence outside Copenhagen; the historically beautiful manor Barfredshøj built in the 19th century by German architect Hetsch.
Barfredshøj’s architecturally unique rooms and idyllic location form the setting for FLEYE’s creativity and inspiration.
