1. Double click on the Avaya One-X icon to Avaya One-X
2. Click “OK”
3. Click “Cancel”
4. Click “3 Lines with Arrow ” in the top right corner
5. Choose “System Settings”
6. Change your Server Address to 10.8.10.4
7. Click “Phone Numbers” on the Left Menu
8. Click “Work Phone”
9. Change the format of your phone number to the following:
NO DASHES - 9292xxxxxxxxxx (ex: 92924075551212) (NO 1 IS NEEDED AFTER THE 9)
10. Click “Alternate Server List” on the Left Menu
11. Click the plus (+) sign 4 times

12. Click on each box and enter the following:
a. In the 1st box enter - 10.68.0.9
b. In the 2nd box enter - 10.84.29.13
c. In the 3rd box enter - 172.16.161.163
d. In the 4th box enter - 172.16.29.193
13. Click “OK”
14. Click “3 Lines with Arrow ” in the top right corner
15. Choose “Exit”
16. Open a new Internet browser window
17. Copy and paste the following NEW VPN link - https://disvpn.arisevendor.net/
18. Click Proceed
19. Click Tools from the Menu bar or thru the Sprocket in the Right Corner
– Click Internet options
20. Click the Privacy tab
21. Click Sites
22. In the “Address of website box” type disvpn.arisevendor.net and click Allow and OK
23. Click Settings in the Pop-up Blocker section
24. In the “Address of website to allow:” type disvpn.arisevendor.net and click Add and Close
25. Click OK
26. Log into the VPN using your normal VPN Username and Password (The Arise Portal
Username and Password)
