Paystub Messaging
• Messaging goes out on bi-weekly pay stubs
• Can include up to 75 characters• Can include location or website or
telephone numbers
Flyer/Poster Design
• All flyers must meet LEP Guidelines
• Should be submitted to Community Health or Community Relations for event awareness & addition to calendars
• Can self design or use internal resources at cost
Project Forms
• Marketing can assist with all projects to various degrees
• Cost center allocations may be required
CareCast Messaging
• Message of the Day – Installed to all clinical users of CareCast system at initial log in
Event Calendars
• Managed by Patient Education (PEACH team), Community relations and the Family Learning Place
• Accessible on Internet/Intranet
• Community Calendar information giver to Community Relations/Community Health
External Media
• Press releases need to be approved via Public Relations
• Interviews accepted only from PR approved sources
• Media training is managed through PR
