AUTOMA IMPIANTI s.r.l was founded in 2016 thanks to the continuity

of the artisan company founded by Mr. MAGLIE GIOVANNI operating

in the industrial automation sector for twenty years. Its role is to

enable companies in various sectors all over the world to realize their

full potential. The company relies on its specialized skills to provide

advanced technology services. Always in constant evolution, it is

proposed as a partner in the design, construction and maintenance of

electrical systems for industrial automations. Active for many years in

the electrical, electronic and mechanical sectors, it has specialized in

the construction of plants, process control systems, automations,

robotics and control boards, achieving a high standard of quality and

high skills. We work and develop projects in collaboration with major

brands of Italian and foreign industry, demonstrating the quality and

AUTOMATION

AUTOMA IMPIANTI S.r.l manufactures automation lines including

handling, distribution and packaging customized to customer

specifications. AUTOMA IMPIANTI S.r.l has gained significant

experience over the years: from the design and construction of the

plants to the creation of software for the management of the

automatisms of the various industrial sectors. These experiences have

led the company to build automation systems for the ceramics,

logistics, food, chemical, automotive and iron and steel industries.

SOFTWARE AND SCADA

PLC programming is of crucial importance in the development of an

automation system. The continuous evolution of these products and

the need to integrate them into increasingly complex systems, makes

the professionalism of companies with a solid experience necessary. In

our business we have used a wide range of PLC: from small compact

to medium and large power modules. AUTOMA IMPIANTI s.r.l is able to

devise and develop supervision software based on customer

specifications using all types of equipment available on the market.

Our technicians know how to support every mechanical company,

supplying it with the design and construction of the electrical part and

the supervision and control software for its machines or plants. It is

CONTROL PANELS

The automation panels include installations for suction and filtration

plants, sandblasting and painting booths, packaging machines,

presses, machines for the food sector, sawing machines, conveyor

belts, grinders, ovens and automatic machines in general.

starting from simple manpower for cabling of panels, to turnkey

project, to assembly of panels with components supplied by the

customer, to consultancy for the design of complex systems . Our

philosophy is based on taking full responsibility of the customer's

needs, responding with professionalism and punctuality to every

necessary to solve problems in an efficient way and not previously

MACHINE EDGE

AUTOMA IMPIANTI s.r.l also guarantees its customers a 360 degree

service, sending a team of technicians to home who will take care of

the wiring operations on board the machine for electrical panels and

commissioning. In addition, compared to the traditional processing at

the customer's site, we also offer the possibility to carry out wiring at

our premises with the possibility of testing on site. In this way it is

possible to evaluate with the customer the most advantageous

solution for both: we will evaluate together the final cost / benefit

ratios, taking into account the transport costs of the machines to be

wired but also the technicians' movements, as well as the logistical

advantages of having to a greater work area available. As per our

philosophy, we will choose the solution that guarantees the greatest

benefits and the greatest mutual satisfaction.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

In order for an electrical system to be considered compliant, it must

not only be designed and installed by specialized technicians, but

above all must comply with the requirements of recent regulations.

Over the years, AUTOMA IMPIANTI s.r.l has specialized in the

construction of electrical systems in various industrial sectors, in

particular by taking care of supplying suitable electrical systems,

ensuring the operation and safety of the equipment connected to it,

respecting the needs of the customer.

MAINTENANCE

AUTOMA IMPIANTI s.r.l, in addition to the construction or

refurbishment of plants, is able to serve in a timely and impeccable

manner assistance on systems of all kinds; on the Italian and foreign

network. In addition, the company also offers its customers scheduled

and periodic maintenance services on systems and interventions for

repairing faults that have occurred during operation. Scheduled and

periodic maintenance interventions, which are usually carried out as

part of a specific contract with the customer, are planned according to

company needs. The contractual frameworks in which the activities
