The respondent when indicating the top three items of importance included easy to use, effectiveness, along with comfort and durability. We anticipated

that the service related categories (service delivery, repairs, professional services and follow-up) would be more important than the device related

categories. However, the service related categories are not as important to the respondents as long as the device meets the need of the individual and is
