Role Purpose:planning and supervising the NGO contact procedure.
raising and matching and realizing interns
Main ResponsibilitiesPreparation of IPS as well as synchronizing it with the
OPS of the incoming EPs
Preparation of airport pickups and drop offs as well as first ride to the NGOs (incase independent opportunity)
Outing preparations and cooperation with finance on required budgeting
Assigning EP buddies and getting updates from Eps on a regular basis
Researching possible accommodation areas and locations and reserving them.
Important notice: Availability during the peak is required.
Time Required• Min of 6 hours/week

Role Purpose:EP reception and logistical arrangements
Tracking and planning EP activity – Delivering the experience
Main ResponsibilitiesResearching and contacting NGOs for both independent
opportunities or project opportunities and partnering with them.
Preparation and archiving of contracts with NGOs and Eps
Providing help with documents such as Invitation Letters, Visas, Passport
Interviewing applicants and accepting them for independent opportunities.
Operating the EXPA platform
Managing and educating Team members
Time Required• Min of 6 hours/week
Previous Experience• TMP
• Preferred to have had internal or external experience dealing with logistics and hospitality

IGCDP- Project Manager (1)
Role Purpose:Developing and Managing a 6-week project
Tracking and planning EP activity – Delivering the experience
Main ResponsibilitiesCreate a budget for the project with the coordination of finance.
Responsible for the matching of the goals agreed on.
Responsible for our partners’ relations & CEM.
Give the suitable transition & education for his members
Introduce his/her members to AIESEC AUB and their project
Create a six week plan for the project.
Setting Goals & MOSs (Measures Of Success) for your project
Tracking his/her members’ development & helping them develop further.
Giving weekly feedback to the VP
Responsible for delivery & experience in project
Responsible for writing a project sign off report by the end of their term
Time Required• Min of 6 hours/week

Role Purpose:Partner with NGOs and schools to support the project

Market research and product packaging.
Giving weekly feedback to the PM
Responsible for delivery & experience in project

Role Purpose:Delivering the message behind the project

Handling EP relations (EXPA, interviews, acceptance, expectation setting…)

Role Purpose:Manage the team that will be responsible for the promotions of
a certain regional area and responsible of the EPs’ process.
Main ResponsibilitiesDrive and implement strategic development
Manage and maintain team productivity
Maintaining the flow of the process
Ensuring experience delivery for the team
Coming up with a promotion plan customized for the target market
Creating and delivering Info Sessions (with direction of LCVP)
Ensuring that funds and other resources are collected
Monitor and provide feedback about growth
Providing daily basis assurance that plans are on path
Attend and participate weekly functional meetings
Hold team meetings with the team to ensure operational execution
Helping with OPS and PEDS
Make sure that EP tracking is being done well.
Time Required• Min of 6 hours/week
Previous Experience• TMP in an exchange function
• Experience in marketing (Preferred)
• Attended at least one AIESEC national conference

TM- Tracking and Education (1)
Role Purpose:Track the member’s progress
Equip the member with enough education that support functional areas
Main Responsibilities Ensure the delivery of the local education cycle
according to timeline to support functional areas to carry out their
functional activities efficiently.
Plan, implement and promote activities that would promote the AIESEC culture in the LC.
Ensure implementation of the membership criteria according to
legislated guidelines and procedures.
Design a reward and recognition system for the LC that is both performance and cultural through coordinating with the internal communication manager.
Coordinate with communication manager for internal communication activities.
Time Required• In of 6 hours/week
